Application
These low-voltage cables are designed for the wiring of electrical installations in the manufacture of commercial vehicles.Especially suitable for trailers and semi trailers manufactured for the transport of GGVS hazardous substances.
Construction
- Bare copper, fine wire in acc. with DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5 or IEC 60228 cl. 5
- Cold-resistant special PVC conductor insulation
- Conductor coding: up to 9 conductors by color, 10 conductors and above white with numbers (see below)
- Inner jacket from special PVC
- PUR outer jacket
- Color black
- Also available with PVC jacket
Temperature range:-40°C to +85°C
test voltage:2000 V min. 5 minutes
Minimum bending radius:approx. 12 x cable Ø
Insulation resistance:min. 20 MOhm x km
Capacitance
max. 50 pF/m for the data pair; max. 100 pF/m between data pair; conductors and the other conductors
