VDE Standard Control Cable
PUR-JZ Control Cables
Application: PUR-JZ is an extremely robust control cable with high abrasion and tear resistance properties. It is especially suited for use in the machine, tool making and plant industries as well as in the steel industry for difficult and problem areas. The high flexibility of this cable type makes it quick and easy to install. Suitable for outdoor laying and resistant to UV-radiation, oxygene, ozone and hydrolysis.
Conductor Material: stranded bare copper, stranding as per VDE 0295, class 5
Insulation Material: PVC
Core identification:number coded black cores with white numbers + green/yellow,
Sheath: PUR grey RAL 7001 or other colour.
Voltage: 300/500V
Test voltage: 3000V
Operating temperatue range: -5oC to +80oC flexing ;-40oC to +90oC fixed
Minimum bending radius: 12-15 x cable diameter.
