PVC / PUR Spiral Cables
Application :
PVC / PUR Spiral Cables are suited for use of high quality kitchen and housekeeping utensils, lighting etc. They have a high reset power, an excellent appearance. PUR Cables are also chemically, mechanically, thermally and optically (different colors) excellent, which have very good retraction force.
Construction
Conductor: Plain copper, fine stranded according to VDE 0295 class 5
Insulation: PVC Y12 according to DIN VDE 0207 part 4
Core colour: According to VDE 0293
Core arrangement: Cores twisted around with concentric layers
Sheath: Polyurethane, 11YM1, oil resistant
Sheath colour: Black, white, orange and yellow, other colours on request
Operating temperature: -5˚ to +80˚ C
Technical Data (Temp 20˚ C)
Nominal Voltage: 300/500 V
Test voltage: Core/core 2.000 V
Conductor resistance: according to VDE 0295 class 5 (IEC 228)
Insulation resistance: > 20 MOhm x km
Features
Spiral length: Up to 3.000 mm
Extended length: Up to 4 times spiral length
Straight ends: Standard ends 200 / 200 mm, straight ends are available up to 25 meters
Oil resistance: According to DIN VDE 0472 part 803, test type B
